Delta 8 system installed 2010. Only one room ever used to date. Recently tested all 8 Connections / Wall sockets configured. 3 of the 8 do not carry clock signal so recorder TV units do not work. 1 of these 3 also does not carry the TV signal so no TV in that room.

Unable to find anyone who still understands this system. I have been advised to just 'rewire' the non-working sockets.

1) are the necessary tools still available and, if so, where?

2) is the 'rewire' possible to someone who only has the ability to wire a plug?
