why Smart UPS RT 5000KL show alarm the output power is turned off?

Your UPS has a Backfeed Relay Fault (shown on the screen) which means it cannot operate online and output power. This UPS likely needs to be repaired or replaced depending on what region your in and what services are offered as well as warranty status.
