I am currently using a APC SMART UPS 3000VA RM 2U in HK. I am planning to migrate to California by the year end and I just want to know whether I can still use it over there. I know that the Hong Kong is 220V/50Hz but USA is 120V/60Hz. However I don't want to buy an additional one over there, any alternative solution for me?
Also, can my UPS still entitled for local warranty over there?
Thanks
Lawrence

Hi Lawrence,
Could you confirm the model of the UPS from the back of the unit on the white sticker? My gut tells me the answer is 'no' unfortunately due to the voltage/frequency differences but I will double check based on the model/SKU you provide.
