vapour absorption chill room

Hi,

I'm currently working on a project where we are trying to set up a small chill room(approx. 6feetx6feetx7feet) in a school of about 4000 children which provides the kids mid-day meals, using the vapour absorption technology in order to cut down on their energy consumption...i have heard that VAMs require a much larger working space, but i'd like to know if this is possible and if someone has done something similar?
