I've been trying to access our APC UPS stats today and I can't pull up the agent in a browser (http://127.0.0.1:3052/ or http://
according to win xp services, the agent is running and should be working.
Anyone have any ideas here on how to regain access?

Apparently it lost communication or something and restarting the service again did fix it.
Thanks for the reply and helpful tips.

Hi,
There are a couple of things you can try.
1 - stop and restart the Agent service
2 - Log into the Agent using a different web browser
If neither of those resolve the issue to further troubleshoot we will need to know what version of PCBE you are running. What version of Java is on your system, and the web browser/s along with version/s.
BTW, redirecting to https:// ip:6547 is what the application is designed to do.
