Hello,

There is no software to restart the UPS. To turn the UPS on you press the power button on the front of the UPS. If the UPS does not power on you should contact local support for assistance. The will troubleshoot the issue with you and if found defective and under warranty will provide a replacement.

This UPS comes with with a network management card pre-installed for remote UPS management - is this what you're trying to configure and set up?

The only other software would be PowerChute network shutdown you'd install on any server/client you want to gracefully shutdown.

Hello, I have an APC 10 KVA SURT with a fault that turns the red LED light on, the fans are turned on but there is no output.

Where can I find the software so I can restart it, I would like to give a try and my problem might be solved.

Note that the UPS is put in good conditions where there is no humidity, good temperature and about 30% load on the UPS.

Please I'm waiting your response.
