Anyone else having issues with the IP Configuration wizard?
5.01
On the same subnet, no IP set, does not see 4 PDU and UPS
Cisco switch shows the MAC address OK.
One thing:
The PDU's and UPS are all tied into a Netgear switch and then plugged into a Cisco switch. Is this the issue?
We use APC equipment all over the hospital and clinics.
The only issue i've ever had was the PC running IP COnfiguation Wiazard had to be on the same subnet as the other PDU's and UPS.

Yes, you must be on the same subnet but are you sure these devices have not gotten a DHCP address already and are "configured?" Depending on the device models, some default to DHCP only with option 43 cookie enabled (which typically most customers don't configure and it prevents the device from configuring it) and others come DHCP only with cookie disabled so devices accept addresses right away.
The wizard looks for unconfigured cards and configured cards - did you try both options? Have you tried from a different computer? Ports being blocked could also be an issue but are you saying the Cisco device is found via the wizard?
