I did update firmware on my APC Symmetra LX 12kVA (from Windows 8.1) and now I can't use web interface because of an error:
"The application was not able to load".
On telnet I don't see any error messages to.
What can/should I do?

Somehow you ended up with 2 copies of the AOS and no APP on there. I'd suggest using the updater that comes bundled in the firmware download from APC to perform the update, as it avoids this issue. If you have the APP file somewhere and can't use the updater, you should just be able to FTP the APP to the card and wait for it to reboot. At that point, you should be able to use the web interface again.
Make sure you are installing the correct APP for your device - in your case, I believe it is apc_hw02_sy_372.bin.
