here this is my event log. it keep showing "Battery Disconnected , Battery Reconnected , Power Restored".
I just replace new battery last week.
is that a serious problem? Why it keep showing this message.
by the way the front panel of UPS is Normal, no sound or blink led.
when I plug-off from power source,The UPS still work fine.

like Terry said....very possible is "battery connector" ....on other hand it can be some critical software problem...but i rather belive in hardware problem like described...
take off all the battery connectors...clean the connections with soft wire brush, tight a bit fast-on connectors with pliers and plug it back on...test and post results in few days again...

My first guess would be that there is a loose battery connection somewhere. When you replaced the batteries recently, was this with an official APC RBCxx battery kit, or one of the discount "re-use your old terminals and hardware" battery-only replacements? The F2 connectors used on UPS batteries (in general, not just APC) can be damaged when you try to disconnect (or less often, re-connect) them to the batteries.
Certain more complicated battery packs (not relevant in your case), also have sense wires in the battery string as well as an I2C data bus to report each battery pack's status back to the UPS. Those provide a better status report than the simple disconnect / reconnect event you get with the smaller models.
