Hi,,
I may have asked this before but there still seems to be an error somewhere regarding the version level of the firmware for ID20 units.
Referring to http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/content/?id=FA170679, the table shows that revision level 10.1 firmware is available for ID20-based system. When you click on the download link, the package that is saved is version 9.9.
Can someone please say which is correct?
Thank you!

Hi Joe -
10.1 is the latest and greatest. I just corrected the link in the FAQ, so it should now download the proper file. Sorry about that.
Thanks,
Liam

Hi Liam,
I apologize for bothering you again but I am still experiencing the same thing as before. I go to the FAQ, see the ID20 and the link for the file SMT20UPS_10-1.zip file and go to this link:
https://schneider-electric.app.box.com/s/lw53poq0gbeau7p86pk9oxwukinwkxkp
This link still pulls up the file called "SMT20UPS_9-9.zip". I am not exactly sure what I am doing incorrectly. Can you possibly provide me a direct link to the 10.1 file so I can try it that way?

I feel the stars are aligning against me. I went to the link and it and it was for some app called "Box". I signed up for a personal account to "Box" only to find out that the link or file was no longer valid or I otherwise didn't have access to it.
I know I must be doing something wrong but can't figure it out. Thanks anyway.

Hi Joe -
It's probably a permissions issue on our end. I will get it resolved when I'm back in the office tomorrow and will update this thread then (after I test the link 🙂 )
Thanks for your patience,
Liam

Bill could you provide the necessary file/link as I'm in need of the latest firmware for my SMX1500RM2UNC (ID20). Thanks
