So we have three VMWare hosts, with vCenter and PowerChute running as virtual machines.
Now if PowerChute shuts down the virtual machines, and hosts, then PowerChute is no longer running.
How can PowerChute start the virtual machines back up?

Hi,
When the host restart PCNS will be restarted and it then restarts vCenter Server and the VMs.
See pages 3 and 4 of Application Note 180 for more information.
