Hi all,
Just upgraded the firmware on my SRT5KRMXLT via the Firmware Upgrade Utility v2.20. However, I currently get these 7 errors:
1 Critical Alarm Present
Local Management-To-UPS Communication Lost
Power Distribution
2 Critical Alarms Present
Communication Lost With Metering Board[1..6]
Communication Lost With Metering Board[7..12]
Environment
4 Critical Alarms Present
Critical Input Contact Alarm: User Contact 1
Critical Input Contact Alarm: User Contact 2
Critical Input Contact Alarm: User Contact 3
Critical Input Contact Alarm: User Contact 4
I assume they're all related to the first one: "Local Management-To-UPS Communication Lost". This UPS was still working fine before the firmware update, but I updated due to a perceived notification issue. So I can still access the NMC, but the NMC does not see the UPS. The UPS is still working fine.
From what I can tell online after a relatively lengthy Google search the firmware upgrade seems to have caused this, but I'm not sure where to proceed from here to fix it.
The unit's model is SRT5KRMXLT.
The serial number of my unit is QS1511271681.
I've attached the event and data logs as well as the config.ini (as a .txt). The config.ini's only difference is I've removed the email recipient / provider, everything else is the same.
I do have local access to this UPS. However, I think I've lost the cable for communication, and still can't figure out which one I might need.either.
Resetting the UPS is possible but I'd rather not.
If anyone has any ideas on what I should do, please let me know.
