Hello,
I am unable to remove the front bezel from my APC S10 unit. According to the manaul, pressing the indents of the front bezel on both sides should remove the bezel from the unit. However, I am not finding the front bezel to be removal. Can someone please help?
I saw a similar post that was resolved, but not resolution was included in the original post.

Yes, that should help. If you undo the screws that affix the unit to the front of the rack you should be able to slide the unit out an inch or two and get a better grip on the bezel.

Hi Halbert -
The bezel is very secure, but definitely pulls straight off the unit. You might just have to give it a good tug.
Thanks
Liam

hello,
I do have the APC unit rack mounted. I'm wondering if there is not enough space on the bezel to grip it to pull it out.
Would you suggest I consider unmounting the unit enough to slide it partially out, which may expose more of the bezel to firmly grip and pull it off?
Thanks

Hello,
Unscrewing the front screws to allow the unit to slide forward in the rack allowed me to get a better grip on the bezel. I was able to successfully remove the bezel.
Thank you. This issue is resolved.
