Last Friday we installed a new SMT1000RMI2UC in our rack. We connected it to the network. The switch on which the UPS is connected indicates the UPS has a network connection. Through the screen on the UPS we can find the IP-address. We also see this IP-address in our DHCP server (with the correct MAC address). However, we are unable to access the webinterface of the UPS (we can ping it on it's IPv4 address).
We have installed the Powerchute Business Edition 9.5.0 on the server. The UPS is connected through USB with the server. With the Powerchute software we can manage the UPS. The webinterface displays the correct info about the UPS.
However, we would also like to access the UPS through the webinterface. Has anyone got any tips to get access through the webinterface ?

Hi Neils
The SMT1000RMI2UC has a smart connect RJ45 port which is not a normal network port, see https://smartconnect.apc.com/welcome for more information. You would need a Network Management Card to connect the UPS to your network to view and control it remotely across the network.
Regards
Matt
