Network Management Card-2 major problem

Hi, we have a Smart-UPS 2200 SMT2200RM2U with 9631 NETWORK MANAGEMENT CARD 2 ATTACHED. While trying to configure the email alerting and testing variations of the smtp server and such it became unreachable. The error was The Application Is Incompatible With This APC OS

I tried to upgrade the card firmware but must have chosen the wrong one, the website is an absolute hodge podge and nothing is easily found. Now after doing this update of what I believe is teh wrong firmware, I can log into the card but it shows no UPS found. Its some symetra firmware evidently, not really sure.

Can someone post a link for firmware for 9631 Network Management Card 2, info on the card is as follows:

Hardware Revision 05

Manufacture date 1-21-15

UPS Firmware Revision UPS 09.2 (ID18)

I found one link that looked correct but it says I'm not authorised to access it, which sounds absurd.
