Good Day!
I've been task to documents all email alerts & troubleshooting on PowerChute. Our clients have PowerChute on their Servers and we set the email alerts to our email address. We wanted to fix their issue as soon as possible if ever we received an alert from PowerChute and to make that possible, we need to document all before we receive the email alerts. Please if someone has the documentation for that, you can send an email at rock.cruz@motivit.com.

See Schneider Electric FAQ FA228995. All events that are stored in the system event log will trigger an email if configured to do so.
