UPS still says Replace RBC even after installing new RBC 140

I have replaced the RBC 140 but the smart 10KVA ups still says replace RBC. Any information on what can he the problem?

Read the manual ... a self test is necessary after install a new battery.

a self-test has been done and the issues persisted 

a self-test has been run and test result says Passed, but even at that the error message still displays?
