Hello, our client has 3x APC Smart-UPS Ultra 5000 SKU: SRTL5KRM2UI. Due to that these UPS devices used to have critical problems, until we updated firmware, we have to document every little problem, and this week we had our first this year.. with one of devices.
Problem - On battery power in response to an input power problem [0008].
I understand that this is pretty common error, due to that electricity tends to behave strangely, but looking at the log, this error happened at the same time Self-Test started, and I have not seen this before, so I wanted to know, if this is some kind of a bug, or this happens from time to time. Errors like these in the middle of night might cause a panic.

06/03/2025 | 02:27:15 | Device | No longer on battery power. |
06/03/2025 | 02:27:14 | Device | Self-Test finished. |

How should i document this problem. Thank you.

You’ll need to provide the extended logs for the following: Event, Data, UPS.
Along with a screen shot of the About tab for both UPS / NMC.
