UPS on battery power [0008] when Self-Test started

Hello, our client has 3x APC Smart-UPS Ultra 5000 SKU: SRTL5KRM2UI. Due to that these UPS devices used to have critical problems, until we updated firmware, we have to document every little problem, and this week we had our first this year.. with one of devices.

Problem - On battery power in response to an input power problem [0008].

I understand that this is pretty common error, due to that electricity tends to behave strangely, but looking at the log, this error happened at the same time Self-Test started, and I have not seen this before, so I wanted to know, if this is some kind of a bug, or this happens from time to time. Errors like these in the middle of night might cause a panic.

Log:

06/03/2025	02:27:15	Device	UPS is online.
06/03/2025	02:27:15	Device	No longer on battery power.
06/03/2025	02:27:14	Device	Self-Test finished.
06/03/2025	02:26:53	Device	Self-test started by the UPS.
06/03/2025	02:26:53	Device	UPS is no longer online.
06/03/2025	02:26:53	Device	On battery power in response to an input power problem [0008].

How should i document this problem. Thank you.

You’ll need to provide the extended logs for the following: Event, Data, UPS.

Along with a screen shot of the About tab for both UPS / NMC.

I have added screenshots about UPS/NMC, also log.txt and power event upselog.txt from the day error occured.

I have attached full logs. Event log was clear.

The same thing happened to one of other UPS, when Self-Test started, warning that UPS is on battery appeared, so I suppose this is normal that sometimes it appears and sometimes not. This case can be closed, unless there is another explanation.
