I can to connect on my device via telnet & com port. But I can't to connect on web. When I tried to update, received an error: "Firmware distribution does not match target device platform; this could be due to a corrupt distribution". Please, I need your advice. What to do?

You appear to have two questions so will try to offer some answers and insight.
Web Access: It’s more likely both HTTP & HTTPS has been disabled. You can simply check via SSH to see if those services are turned off and turn both on.
Firmware: I suggest you contact APC Technical Support in your region to obtain the latest firmware for your specific hardware. Insure you upgrade the firmware using FTP vs SCP and do not select save (Logs).
You will need to confirm FTP is enabled if disabled and the port number if it’s been changed.
