Hi all,
Last night i performed a firmware upgrade off both the network management cards in our SMART RT 3000 ups (2x).
Although the firmware update went very smooth (i used the executable) i now have the problem that network management card can't find the ups anymore.
Both of the networkcards have the same problem. See screenshot
See the other screenshot about the versions.
I have tried to reseed the networkcard with the ups but no luck. I can access the webinterface with no problems but i cannot manage the ups anymore.

It looks like you loaded the wrong firmware (your first screenshot says "Symmetra 3-Phase Application"). I'm pretty sure you want this file, which is the application for Smart-UPS and Matrix (hence the SUMX in the name) models. You can just go ahead and apply the whole update in the new package. After the card restarts, it should see your UPS.
