The UPS has the "Output Efficiency" in "battery charging" but is 100% charged

Hi,

could you explain why I have the "state of charge" at 100% but the "output efficiency" is still in battery charging?

Hi Marco,

This side of UPS's isn't my strong suit but I think your load might be too low to calculate the efficiency and so it's just slowing the last state. I would still recommend updating the NMC and the UPS to the latest firmware if the are not already.
