Symmetra LX Intellgence module blowing out batteries at 152v vs 138v
I have 2 symmetra lx units, one we have had for a long time and it keeps the battery voltage at 137.9 consistently, and the batteries age well in this unit. We have recently obtained a second unit with one bad intelligence module and all of the batteries split wide open. the intelligence module that works wants to keep the batteries at 151.9 volts. if i move the module to our older unit it raises the charging voltage as well in the primary slot.
Do i have a defective intelligence module or am i seeing a firmware / configuration difference? no errors on the either.
both units have batteries from the same age, the ones in the 137.9 unit are ok, the 151.9 as stated are all cracked wide open. if it put the batteries from the good unit in the newer to me one it seems to want to cook them.

Update so far: I've repaired the dead SYMIM5 by replacing one of the capacitors and it charges at 137.9 volts. The intelligence module that charges at 151.9 is definitely the odd one out of the four with the same date code as the others. I can only assume something is wrong with it and will check some board level components, however a message to others if your unit is cooking the batteries check the voltage!
