SmartUps 30kVA In bypass

Hello,

I have a SmartUPS 30kVA and 3 power sources (1 mains, 1 500kVA day generator and 1 45kVA night generator). To comand the changeover i have 2 automatic transfer switchs. 

The UPS was installed 1 week ago and after a changeover it goes to bypass mode with the information In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault.

After i restart the UPS it works fine.

Hi jon,

Thanks for the fast response.

Unfortunately im in africa and i can't contact the number ou gave me. Is there any international number? Or something i can do to try and diagnose what's wrong with my ups?
