Hi, i have a problem with my APC smart ups 5000, its been offline for quite some time, but now when i connect it to power, it does blinking every second and a beep.
There is a video here about what happens: https://it-que.com/private/apc5000.mp4
This is without any load, just plugged in AC, on button does nothing, fan dont spin up as well.
I wanted to measure the batteries, but i searched and have no idea about what minimum power should be on them.
The batteries arent excatly cheap, so would be nice to be sure if that is the problem or not or what i should try first.
Thanks

Hi Bo,
Each pack is 24 VDC nominal (comprised of two 12V battery units), the measurements you've posted indicate these batteries have reached their end of life.

Noone knows the voltage of a battery pack? and why isnt this listet? voltage (min, max, amp)?
I measured all the 4 packs to 13,68v, 14,48v, 16,69v, 11,58v.
Each pack is two batteries, connected + to - to + to -, so is this two 6v or two 12v?
Because if its two 6v im a bit amazed it will show 16.69v for two 😛
Noone really knows? the pack supposed to be 12v or 24v dc?
