SMX1500RM2U LCD display blank after FW upgrade
I recently upgraded the firmware in my SMX1500RM2U from UPS0 09.1 to UPS 10.1 via USB cable. Following the upgrade, the LCD display is blank. It does not respond when any of the buttons are pressed on the front panel of the unit. The unit seems to be functioning normally otherwise and communicates normally with PowerChute BE ver. 10.0.0.244.
The only related setting that I can find in PowerChute is the "UPS LCD is Read-Only" which is set to "No". I have switched this to "yes" and back to "no" with no change to the behavior of the LCD.
The LCD does have power to it, as it is visibly backlit.
