Smart-UPS X 3000 "UPS On Battery" and "Utility Power Restored" alerts

I have recently installed this unit and I am getting these emails quite often now, often in very quick succession, with a 1 second or less gap.

The outage shown in the windows logs is at 9:00:45 PM (time is adjusted for Daylight savings) and the UPS logs are for the same time period.

I am using USB to connect.

Any trouble shooting tips?

Hi Alex,

The UPS is likely seeing some brief dirty power and transfers onto battery during this time. To limit the amount of times this happens you can change the sensitivity setting on the unit to low. This will allow a wider range of input voltage to pass to your equipment before transferring onto battery.
