Hello, I have Smart-UPS X 1500 with AP9630. Everything is fine and working. But during power outage the network card cant read data from UPS.
It says "UPS: Lost the local network management interface-to-UPS communication." I have no data from UPS during power outage, so I cant see remaining backup time in my Cacti graphs and so on.
Could you give me an advice please?
Here is my configuration...

OK, thank you both!
I will try cold reset and braindead my UPS.
I have reset NMC management interface already.

Hi Jakub,
This is typically an issue with the logic of the UPS itself. What you could try yourself is a Brain Dead procedure, this is essentially the same as restarting your computer, you can follow the instructions outlined in the FAQ below.

If you are still experiencing issues after that, I would recommend you call into our tech support line for further support.

You could also try to restart the AP9630's management interface first too which is a little less intrusive than restarting the UPS. To do this, go to Control->Network->Reset/Reboot and choose the first option, Reboot Management Interface. This has no affect on the UPS output. It is a quick step to try before what Ben suggested which very well could also be needed later.
