Hi Josue,

In the web interface, under Status --> UPS, you can se the currently recorded input voltage to the UPS. This particular alert message means the UPS is in "AVR Trim" mode - Automatic Voltage Regulation - to lower the output voltage to the load without needing to transfer over to battery. There are options under Configuration --> Power settings, that can be changed to allow a greater range of voltage to pass through before the UPS would need to engage AVR Boost or Trim mode.
