AP9631 Network Management Card in SU2200RMXL3U, not detecting UPS

I'm not sure what happened, but somewhere along the line my Network Management Card stopped recognizing my UPS.  I updated the firmware and rebooted the management card but the UPS model is still listed as blank.

Some info:

Model Number:  AP9631

Hardware Revision:  05

Manufacture Date:  01/23/2013

Application Module:  Name:  sy  Version:  v6.4.6

APC OS (AOS):  Name:  aos  Version:  v6.4.6

APC Boot Monitor:  Name:  bootmon  Version:  v1.0.8

If I hook the UPS to a different PC via serial cable and use PowerChute it communicates OK.

Anyone know how I can get my UPS communicating again over the Network Management Card?  I've read somewhere about having the wrong Application Module can cause this issue but I don't know where to start.

Never mind!  I found and loaded the SUMX firmware and it's now communicating OK.
