Since I have it first about a week a go, when I plugged the UPS to power socket and then turn it on, the ups will on by using electricity power and then go to battery mode for a couple second and then back to electricity power (I always unplugged the UPS from power wall if I'm not using it). But now, it doesn't go to to the battery anymore when I plugged the UPS to power socket and then turn it on. Is there a problem with my UPS?

Ohhh, so it's something that can be configured right? So can you inform me how to enable it? Maybe I change something on the UPS or software that I'm not aware change the self test on the start up.

The UPS is only supposed to go to battery if there is a power failure. If your power is on and it's not on the battery then it's fine.
The UPS will normally perform a self test when you first switch it on. I am not sure why it would stop doing this but you can usually press the power on button when the UPS is already on to perform an extra self test.
If there is a problem with the UPS, the software you are using to communicate with the UPS will tell you.

Ahhh, so it called self-test. Is this self-test when the UPS turn on can be disable or enable? If it can be disable or enable, maybe I accidentally turn if off (maybe). So how can I enable it again?
Or, if it can't be disable, is my UPS broken?

I'm not sure - try the self test manually and see if it works! If so then there's nothing wrong.

I just try the self test manually, and it works.
But I'm still curious about this self test when the UPS turn on. What happened with my UPS actually. Is there any APC technical support that can help me answer this?

Hi,
The UPS performs an internal self-test every 14 days, and at start up unless configured by the user not to. The internal self-test checks the integrity of the battery. If the battery fails the self-test, the LCD screen will display the failure. This is a WARNING that the battery may be near the end of its life, replacement is typically recommended within 2-4 weeks.

Hi,
You can configure when a self-test runs using PowerChute Business Edition Agent.
