Hi guys. I plan to buy the Smart-UPS 3KVA 230V, but i have a doubt. Where i live, i have 1 phase of 127V, and 220V in 2 Phases. Can i hook up the SRC3000XLI so i can use L1 and L2 to achieve 220V, or i must use 1 phase of 220V? Sorry for my English. I´m from Brasil.
EDIT: I know that the SRC3000XLI uses a IEC320 C20 input, but i plan to hook it up to a 220V (P-P-G) outlet. Is it ok to do this? Or shoul i search for another solution? What would you guys recommend me?

Well, I'll try to make contact with Schneider and try to find out what they recommend. As soon as I get a response from them, I'll post here. Thanks for the answers!

In the US, the 240 VAC is a result of two 120 VAC (L1, L2) that are 180 degrees out of phase - sort of double the voltage! Do you have a similar situation in Brazil. I understood there was either 127 VAC or 220 VAC, both being single phase - not split phase - but I am certainly not sure. However, that is the first question to resolve.

I have here on my switchboard 3 phases. Each one is 127V and 120 degress out of phase.
So, L1 = 127 L2 = 127 and L3 = 127
L1 - L2 = 220V =
L1 - L3 = 220V
L2 - 23 = 220V
Here is the manual of SRC3000XLI: http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/JPRO-8WCPDV/JPRO-8WCPDV_R0_EN.pdf?sdirect=true
In fact, the input of the APC is a IEC 320 C20, but in my power outlet i have a NEMA L6-20 receptacle with 2 phases and 1 ground (so, 220V). Can i use this 2 phases to power on the APC? Or must be connected to 1 phase 220VAC only (which i can not have)

I am just not that familiar with various options of using 3-phase input mains. I would suspect that using any of the combinations of L1, L2, L3 with ground on the properly sized (amperes) plug would give the SRC3000 enough voltage to run (I believe it's stated mains voltage is 230 VAC). You might have to set the sensitivity to a lower setting or use a configuration voltage that is lower - if available.
Hopefully, someone at Schneider can confirm that using two of the 120 degree phases will work.

in another build, i have a SURT6000XLI, and this particular model we have the input mark as L1 - L2/N - G. So, i know that we can use 2 phases and ground to supply 220V. But in this model, instead using a C20 as input, it uses a hard-wire
I tried to find the SURT3000XLI model, but i can´t find here in Brasil, just this SRC3000. Is there any difference in SRC and SURT models?

Yes, I've installed several SURT models - including the 3k, 5k and 6k. They are double conversion, as are the SRT's and your SCR. The 120 volt SURTs use single phase 120 volt with neutral and ground. The 240 volt SURTs use L1, L2 and ground, no neutral. APC describes the SCR as a more affordable SRT (they are expensive!). the SRTs replaced the SURTs. I've opened both of them up and appear to be very similar - but that likely means very little in electronics! The SRT uses LCD control panels. I prefer the old style button and LED control panels - seem more reliable and easy to repair. I'd guess if the SURT worked well with the two hot phases, the SCR will also - but only Schneider can confirm.
