Hello all!

We recently have been having problems with an UPS here on site. We have been taking constant power bumps and many faults have just came up. Our UPS will not longer output any voltage/charge batteries, so we have it currently bypassed to commercial. I looked through the STATUS subsystems and it showed that both of the Intelligence modules have failed. Also, it shows that all 9 of our power modules have failed. Are the power modules reporting failed due to the fact that the intelligence modules have gone out? Or are they actually bad as well? I'm hoping our UPS isn't completely done for.
