Hello:
I will be purchasing a used UPS (with new batteries) and have narrowed my needs down to either the SU700 or the SU700NET.
Both are the same price. I can't figure out which one is better or what the differences are, if any.
The only thing I notice is that the SU700's surge suppression is rated at 320 J while the SU700NET is rated at 480 J, a slight advantage to the NET model and perhaps an indication it's a little bit newer.
Am I missing anything? What are the differences and why was the "NET" moniker used?
Here's what I'm using for reference:
Thank you.

Hi,
The difference is the SU700NET shipped with a serial cable and PowerChute software. The SU700 did not ship with the cable and PowerChute.

Ah, so not a huge difference then. Thanks!
