We have four of these UPS. Recently we replaced all of their batteries and I am trying to fix the battery constant issue.
I did it successfully on one of them. Press Shift+Y, I got "SM", and press 1 twice with a few seconds in between, I got "PROG", then i changed the battery constant successfully.
On the other three UPS, I can get "SM", but I cannot get "PROG", no matter how I press "1".
Actually after "SM", I can use some commands. such as "0" to see its current battery constant, press "a" to see some response, etc. Here is the response I got after shift+Y, 0, -, a
SM
3C
NO
4.!$%+?=#|. ')+-/789<>@ABCDEFGKLMNOPQRSUVWXYZ\^abcefgjklmnopqrsuwxyz~.:
The problem is, how can I see "PROG" to change the battery constant? please help me!

Just figured it out.
To make "PROG" show up, the network management card must be taken out.
The one I succeeded at first had a dead network management card. After I removed the network management cards from the other three UPS, I can press "1" twice to get "PROG" .
By the way, the card can be removed while the UPS is in operation.
uppercase for people who are not patient.
REMOVE THE NETWORK MANAGEMENT CARD FIRST!!!
