HI,
I want to to use the uninstall built into powerchute to remove the software. I found the string:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{BCE9F441-9027-4911-82E0-5FB28057897D}\setup.exe" -runfromtemp -l0x0409 AnyText -removeonly"
which is also contained inside the uninstall.cmd file. However the dang things keeps prompting to confirm the removal of all the software.
Does anyone know the switch to let it continue silently?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
It's up to you as they will not hurt anything if they remain. I have cleaned them up using CCleaner but that is not a silent app.
One other thing I forgot to include earlier is when PowerChute is installed it opens ports in the firewall. If you would to remove the rules the command is netsh advfirewall firewall delete rull name= "PowerChute Business Edition Agent".

Hello,
Are you attempting to uninstall PCPE or PCBE and what version of PowerChute are you attempting to uninstall?

Hi,
We do not offer silent uninstall of PCBE however you can create a batch script to do so. I have attached a text file that when change to a .cmd will remove PCBE Agent from 64 bit system. The command file has been tested with PCBE Agents 9.2.1, 9.5, and 10.0.
If you need to remove from 32 bit system the registry entries are list in Schneider Electric FAQ FA159894

Hi Bill,
In the registry there are a whole heap of shared DLL's which point to the APC folder. All the shared DLL's are for JRE, do these need to be cleaned up as well, is it likely to break something else which use
