Lost the local network management interface-to-UPS communication.

Hi all,

Im having an odd issue where I lose management to the UPS from the NMC when input power is lost, or a run time calibration is started.

Recent Device Events

11/28/2019	10:06:42	UPS: Lost the local network management interface-to-UPS communication.
11/28/2019	10:06:15	UPS: Runtime Calibration started.

I updated the firmware from 6.2.1 to 6.8.0 but the issue still occurs. There are no other comms plugged in to UPS except network cable.

UPS: SMX750I - 03.8 (ID11)
NMC2: AP9630 - SUMX v6.8.0

do you also check for an firmware update of the ups device itself?

The current 03.8 seems to be the latest version.
