Hi all,
Im having an odd issue where I lose management to the UPS from the NMC when input power is lost, or a run time calibration is started.
Date | Time | Event |
---|---|---|
11/28/2019 | 10:06:42 | UPS: Lost the local network management interface-to-UPS communication. |
11/28/2019 | 10:06:15 | UPS: Runtime Calibration started. |
I updated the firmware from 6.2.1 to 6.8.0 but the issue still occurs. There are no other comms plugged in to UPS except network cable.
UPS: SMX750I - 03.8 (ID11)
NMC2: AP9630 - SUMX v6.8.0
