Shutdown 2 servers electrically connected to a single APC Smart-Ups 3000Va

Ciao,
I'm trying to understand how to send a switch off command to 2 different servers electrically connected to a single APC SMART-UPS 3000VA.
Only one server is connected through serial port and has installed the Powerchute Agent and Server.
The second server has installed the Powerchute Console software.

There is a way to do what I'm trying to do or I need some special expansion card (like network card) and the free network shutdown software?
