Hello,

I have a customer that has a SYAF16k Symmetra LX. Now, he wants to get this empty cabinet and add 5 batteries to this for extra runtime. His load is 47%, and has 19 minutes of runtime right now. If adding 5 batteries to the cabinet, what is he looking at as far as runtime? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Erin,

Can you confirm how many power modules are installed in the 16k LX please? Then we can help give an accurate estimate. We will also assume this is with (4) batteries pre-installed in the LX..?

hi erin,

assuming all fresh batteries in both the LX and the five added in the XR frame, the best approximation I can give is 47 minutes.
