Hi There! I have here on site SURT5000RMXLT with two external battery bag but even all led's indicate correctly in main unit it's look that my external batteries are not charged. In outage situation I have only short backup from UPS so I assume he use only main unit internal batteries for back up and that's it.
SURT5000RMXLT unit is new as well as batteries are new, I have now running this UPS ab. 3 months and I guess it has never charged external batteries. Could you please give me some advice if possible...

can you verify the DC connectors on your external battery back are connected properly in succession/daisy-chain form so they can properly charge?? if not, you'd want to make sure they are fully seated and that the batteries in those external packs are not dead after sitting connected to the chassis with no charge for some time. you can get a voltmeter and measure each battery you have and then we could verify if they are alive or not at least before we waste time trying to charge them.
