cannot add devices :((

Hello together,

I installed the APC PowerChute Business Edition Deluxe on 4 Servers.
On one of the servers I also installed the PowerChute Server.
I use the newest software release. I can only add the client which
is the server in the device list configuration.
Any other client I want to add and apply in the device list configuration
I got error "failed to apply the configuration profile to".
I can ping in every direction and ports are free. Any firewall is off.

I do not know where is the problem. Are there any ideas?

Many thanks and regards.
Stefan

ok, but on those other servers, they have a UPS connected and communicating properly with the agent on those other 4 machines? for instance, on those other 4 machines, if you go to http://127.0.0.1:3052 (if you are actually on that machine) or http://:3052, can you see the information that specific agent for that system/UPS and see information?

I do not know, if this is the problem.

but when i set up a wrong port with the agent, i could not add any server.
when I set up com3 like in the device manager of the pc i can add the server on which the smart ups is connected.

but what should i set up on the servers which are note connected with the ups?

I install the powerChute agent on it and have to set up port. it is written there to chose usb, wenn no powerchute is connected to this server.
but with this setting it is not running...

i only have the server connected on which the usv is connected; it is not possible to add any other server

if the powerchute business edition agent is not successfully communicating with the agents you want to add, that may be the issue. if i understood you correctly, you were saying you installed PCBE on four other computers but the UPS is not connected to them currently?
