Hello!
I have a SUA3000RMXL3U with 1 external battery pack. All 3 batteries were replaced this week. When I run a self test or a runtime calibration the battery capacity immediately drops to 0%. Seems like I may need to do the battery constant update but I can't find the number I need for this model. Is it possible to get this 'use at your own risk' number?
Thanks!

Yup - the network management card is on the same communication bus, and tends to go "Hey! That's my job! Stop!" if you try to talk to the UPS while the card is installed.

You can use '89' as the value without the '. And yes, at your own risk. And don't forget to jot down what the value was prior as a backup.
