SRT8KXLI: Snmpwalk input voltage equals to gauge32: 0
Hello,
I've been twisting my head over this, I have a SRT8KXLI smart ups which has 3 input values atm
|
the Basic oid is: 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.3.2.1.0
But it outputs Gauge32=0
I have searched if there was a possibility it was a different OID throught the command snmpwalk -Os -c public -v 1 ###.###.###.### 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1
But it doesn't output anything that comes close to the values seen in the UPS NMC2
Any idea why this is? Why does say 0?
Thank you,
Tom

Tom,
when I run that OID on a Symmetra PX 40 I get back upsAdvInputLineVoltage (1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.3.2.1.0) Value 120
When I run snmpwalk.exe -r:192-168-1-10 -t:10 -c:XXXXX -os:1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.3.2.1.
OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.3.2.1.0, Type=Gauge32, Value=119
OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.3.2.2.0, Type=Gauge32, Value=120
OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.3.2.3.0, Type=Gauge32, Value=118

On a single phase SRT10KXLI, 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.3.2.1.0 gives me the line voltage. For three phase though, I'd look at the tables under .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.1.9

Both solutions just return 0 or 1. I included a screenshot with what happens.

Hi,
What is the model of the NMC? Example AP9631 or AP9537SUM Also, what is the firmware version on the NMC? You will find both under the About - Network. If the firmware is not SUMX 6.4.6 and AOS 6.4.6 then you should upgrade and then run the walk again.

Believe it or not I have a AP9537SUM, There is currently no support for it on the website but I read that I can upgrade it with the firmware for the AP9630/31/35?
I am on 6.0.3, Might be time for that firmware upgrade!
Thank you again for your responce

Hi Tom,
Yes, AP9537SUM is just like an embedded version of AP9630/31/35 specifically for SRT units. You'll want to apply the v6.4.6 Smart-UPS application firmware for AP9630/31/35 on your unit.
