Hi! can someone help me with this logs? What do this following means and the causes... I hope I can be enlightened.. I see our ups goes down not completely shut off but the message in the lcd is DC Charging: STOP, something like that.

Its hard to tell exactly what is going on, however Low DC Warning means that the UPS is running on battery and it is nearing the low voltage shutdown point. Low DC shutdown means exactly that, the UPS has reached its end of battery and shuts off the inverter. Did you have any utility disturbances at this time? How old are your batteries?

no there are no power disturbances, the batteries are just a year old.
