Hi,
I tried to switch off APC SRC1KUXI since we were going outstation for a week, so I switched off the utility input power and then pressed the power button on the ups till it beeped. But the power output didn't stop.
This has occurred several times and I am not able to switch off the UPS anyway.
Help!
P.S.: I went through the manual too.

Hi,
Pressing and holding the power button should cause the UPS to beep and then turn off. If the output is not stopping there may be an issue with the switch. To power the unit down unplug from AC source and disconnect the batteries. If the unit is under warranty you should contact local support to discuss a replacement.
