NMC AP9617 email notification self-test configure around the sam time frame

I have 2 - sua2200 and 2- su1500 UPS'. They all are configured and running perfectly with NMC AP9617 cards,
One issue, my boss wants the UPS's to send "self tests" at about the same time and period every 7 days. Right now they are scattered through the week.
How do I get them to do this without doing too much invasive reprogramming?
