I have installed 24 Smart 1500 RXML units on our IP network. All of them are in the same subnet. Is there management software to help me monitor all of them?

ah ok. well, the best tool for the job might be a struxureware basic which then you purchase node license keys for.

it is also available in virtual machine format now. i'd take a look at this and note that it will manage APC devices and have special integration for them but also can monitor third party SNMP devices and offer management and monitoring with them.
if interested, check out http://testdrive.apc.com/ and you can do a testdrive of the struxureware central capability.

I have installed the StruxureWare Central software. Each time I try to connect to the isxc.apc.com server, it gets stuck with the alert profiles, then tells me there is a problem connecting to the StruxureWare server.
If I want to see the Private Side devices, what is the server address?

do you have network management cards installed in them or are you using powerchute business edition? powerchute buiness edition deluxe offers the ability to manage up to 25 nodes/agents on the network where as StruxureWare Central is our tool for monitoring SNMP devices over the network, including network management cards installed in Smart UPS.

There are network management cards in each.
