Hello,
input voltage over here is 230V, while the SRT10K's default output is set to 220V.
Is it best to up it to 230V, or do batteries work best with a 220V output?
Shall I change it, would that cause a power interruption? What's the best practice, manual bypass-change output voltage-disable bypass?
Thank you

Hi Florio,
While it will not directly affect the batteries, for best performance the output should match the nominal input. It will keep your load from being hit with a voltage shift whenever the UPS switches to bypass. You will need to turn off the load in order to do this, so you may want to wait until your next maintenance window. You would turn off the output of the UPS, make the change, then turn it back on.
Thanks
Liam
