Is it best to set output voltage to 230V if that is the input? What is the best practice to do so?

Hi Florio,
While it will not directly affect the batteries, for best performance the output should match the nominal input. It will keep your load from being hit with a voltage shift whenever the UPS switches to bypass. You will need to turn off the load in order to do this, so you may want to wait until your next maintenance window. You would turn off the output of the UPS, make the change, then turn it back on.
