EA error and beeping on my Symettra LX XR unit

I cant find info on this error EA which is being displayed on my LX XR unit. Could someone tell me what this error is indicating.

I am having this issue as well and unfortunately that link returns "page not found". Can anyone point me in the right direction. The display fell off when I was moving it to change a battery, I reconnected it but it beeps and the display switches between it's unit number "03" and "EA".

Hi @dougie

The "EA" fault is sometimes caused by a faulty communication card, if you have a spare comm card you can swap them out.
