ACRD60xP Unexpected number of active flow controller

Dears,

I have 3 units of ACRD602P with 2 units of AFC.

Could you guide me how to configure the number of AFC?

The units and AFC are connected via A-link

Hello Rami. The Airflow controllers are set up from the front screen of the unit. Path: Main > Configuration > Service > AFC. You will need to call into tech support to get the password for the unit to go under service. Then you will set the number of AFC's connected. If this is already set to two, check the cabling between the units and the AFC's. The unit is not seeing one or both of the AFC, connected.

Number of Active Flow Controllers: Set the number of AFC units in the group (0–5).

Thank you

Hello. The best action is to give you local tech support a call while you are with the units to get the codes off of it. They will change every couple of days. Here are the new codes.

Hi,

For the same data center and after around 5 years of working, a few months ago and every couple of weeks we get unexpected number of AFC units alarm, one of the AFC units were down (Off), unpluging the A-link cable and re-inserting it works fine, what may cause this problem? How to solve it?
